The tradition in the Himalayan Mountains for centuries has been the practice of this gentle, yet powerful Hatha Yoga. It has been in recent years the scientific study of the Himalayan Master Swami Rama and developed for students in the modern day practice of Yoga. A union of the mind, body, and breath.

It is a a gentle, mindful form of exercise developed by the Swami Rama of the Himalayas, ensuring a path towards holistic health, a more flexible and healthy body, a calm peaceful mind and emotional stability.

I'm Sue & I'm passionate about Himalayan Yoga

Sue is a retired qualified nurse with many years experience working in hospitals and in the community. Sue has trained in India with the traditional Himalaya Yoga Institute and is a teacher of the British Wheel of Yoga, as well as being a Master of Science in Health.
